Academics are currently recruiting a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work with our partner schools across Rotherham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant looking for flexible, temporary work, with the added benefit of access to exclusive vacancies within local schools in Rotherham that are not available elsewhere.
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant in Rotherham, you will:
Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 or small-group basis
Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Provide additional support to pupils with SEN, behavioural or learning needs
Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
Work across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 To be considered for this Level 2 Teaching Assistant role, you will need:
A recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent ideally Cache or NVQ)
Recent experience working within a school or educational setting (Ideally for 6 months or more)
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
