Description:
A primary school in Barnet is seeking highly motivated Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join their team for the entire academic year starting from September 2024. This is a fixed-term contract offering the opportunity to support teaching and learning in a vibrant educational environment.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience working directly with children in a school setting.
Demonstrate excellent behaviour management strategies.
Possess a high standard of spoken and written English.
Be capable of providing feedback to parents and carers when needed.
Be able to work under pressure and on their own initiative.
Be flexible and willing to work with children with special needs according to the school’s requirements.
Have experience supporting whole classes as well as offering individual support to children with SEN, including ASD and ADHD.
Be confident in supporting core subjects, including Maths and English.
