Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Intervention & Classroom Support**
Primary School | Full-Time | Aspire People

Aspire People are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced **Level 2 Teaching Assistant** to support pupils across a primary school setting.

The successful candidate will play an important role supporting classroom learning while delivering targeted intervention sessions designed to raise attainment and improve pupil confidence.

The school is looking for someone who can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and become a valued member of the wider school team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supporting learning across KS1 and KS2 classrooms
* Delivering intervention groups in Reading, Writing, Maths, and Phonics
* Supporting pupils who require additional academic support
* Encouraging independence and confidence in learning
* Assisting teachers with classroom management and organisation
* Helping to monitor and track pupil progress

**The Successful Candidate Will:**
* Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent training
* Have recent experience working within a UK primary school
* Be confident supporting small groups independently
* Have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
* Be committed to supporting pupil achievement
