This school a vibrant and inclusive primary school in South Liverpool, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant. This role can be either part-time or full-time, offering flexibility to suit your needs. Join our team and make a significant impact on the educational journey of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education to students.
Assist with planning and implementing lessons and activities.
Provide individualised support to students, including those with additional needs.
Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
Support the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.Qualifications and Skills:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Experience working in a primary school setting is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children's learning and development.
Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
