About the Roles

Deputy Manager You'll support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the setting, lead and motivate staff, ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements, and help maintain the highest standards of care and education.

Level 3 EYFS Practitioner You'll play a key role in planning engaging activities, monitoring children's development, acting as a key person, and building strong relationships with parents and carers.

Level 2 EYFS Practitioner You'll support the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences, assist with daily routines, and help create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.

What We're Looking For

Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2, Level 3, or above depending on role)
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Passion for child development and learning
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
For Deputy Manager applicants:

Previous leadership or senior practitioner experience
Knowledge of Ofsted standards and nursery operations
Ability to support, mentor, and inspire a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
