Description:
Our client is a leading distributor of and local exhaust & ventilation equipment to the UK's manufacturing, construction and water treatment industries and due to their continued success Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of LEV Engineer.
The LEV Engineer will assist with installation service and repair of a local exhaust ventilation equipment throughout South East England.
The Role:
Reporting to the service manager the LEV Engineer will be responsible for performing installations, service, repair and testing of local exhaust ventilation systems at customer premises located throughout the South East UK.
Duties will include but is not limited to the following;
Planned and reactive mechanical and electrical repair of LEV equipment,
Assist with installation and commissioning of LEV plantCandidate:
You will be an experienced electrical/mechanical engineer ideally with previous experience in maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment or LEV plant.
Ideally you will have a recognised electrical and /or mechanical engineering qualification e.g. NVQ3, 18th edition, HNC etc etc.
Applicants with BOHS P600/P601 certification will be beneficial however full training will be given.
You will live in South East England and you will have a valid UK driving licence (Max 6 points).
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 40 hours + OT
Benefits:
Basic salary £44K - £47K + OT + Bonus (OTE £55K)
