Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Working Hours: 5 days per week, including every other Saturday (with a day off in lieu when a Saturday is worked)

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Registering and qualifying potential tenants
* Conducting property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm
* Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants to achieve the best outcome for all parties
* Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords to encourage repeat business and referrals
* Supporting the wider team in achieving branch lettings targets
* Keeping up to date with lettings legislation, compliance, and local rental market trends
About You
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure
* Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
* A proactive, professional, and positive approach
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
