Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A dynamic, established Estate & Lettings Agency are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator/ Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their professional estate team where long term career progression and earning potential exists for the successful candidate.

The company may consider a candidate for a trainee Lettings Negotiator position if the candidate can demonstrate transferable skills and the right attitude

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator/ Senior Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:

Residential lettings experience essential
Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
High level of customer service skills
Great telephone manner and positive attitude
Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of Woking and surrounding area helpful
Full UK Driving License and own car essential
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
