Responsibilities:
Assist clients in finding suitable properties for rent, including conducting property viewings, and discussing rental terms.
Manage the entire lettings process, from marketing and tenant screening to lease negotiation and rental agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Provide professional and prompt customer service to effectively resolve any queries or issues!
Stay up to date with industry regulations and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Manage the client paperwork (performing background checks and eligibility, preparing the tenancy agreement, securing deposits and fees, etc...)
Matching tenants with suitable properties.
Strong communication skills when dealing with clients.
Meeting with the tenants for viewings.
Utilising marketing techniques to promote properties and attract landlords.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Previous experience in the real estate or lettings industry
Knowledge of current property market trends and regulations
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using relevant technology and computer software
