Lettings Negotiator - Gloucester - Salary competitive basic upto £24,000 (OTE £30,000)
Our client; a highly recognizable and award-wining independent Estate Agency is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Gloucester city office with parking.
The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced Lettings Negotiator preferably, but may consider a strong sales negotiator who is looking to progress in to lettings and sales, that can demonstrate previous success in a similar role within the property industry with excellent customer service skills.
Lettings Negotiator main duties:
* Register and match applicants to properties
* Arrange and attend viewings
* Liaise and negotiate lets/sales
* Ensure correct information is obtained
* Progress transactions accurately and efficiently
* Handle both sales and lettings transactions
Must Have Driving licence
