LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR– Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Tunbridge Wells, TN1

Salary: OTE £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an amazing opportunity for a keen, enthusiastic and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a leading, local Lettings Agent with offices in the Tunbridge Wells area.

You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for letting residential property.

The right candidate will be well-presented, articulate, persuasive and have the drive and determination to be successful.

In addition, you will be passionate about delivering a superior service in an environment where you will be rewarded for your skill, ability and teamwork.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator (Residential Lettings) role will include:

Previous residential lettings experience essential
Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
High level of customer service skills
Great telephone manner and positive attitude
Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells area helpful
Full driving license and own car essential
Thoroughly professional approach to Lettings
A desire to succeed!
