Lettings Negotiator
Central Milton Keynes
OTE £35,000 (basic salary plus commission & bonus)
Office Based, Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, Plus Every Other Saturday
Must be a Car Driver
Are you a driven individual with excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment?
Ideally you will have previous letting or property sector experience.
Responsibilities:
Conduct property viewings with potential buyers/tenants
Assist with move-ins and move-outs
Conduct inventories and property valuations
Maintain excellent communication with clients and colleagues
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
Must have your own car and a valid driver's license
Previous experience in property sales/lettings
Full training will be provided to successful candidates
