LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Eastbourne

Salary: OTE £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator is sought for this highly successful independent Estate & Lettings Agency in the Eastbourne area.

Our client is looking for a proactive, driven and personable Lettings Negotiator who loves dealing with people, with an excellent track record in the industry and a real ambition to be successful.

The perfect candidate will have some previous experience in Estate Agency or Lettings and have the ability to consistently provide exceptional client service.  Candidates without previous experience would also be considered.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
High level of customer service skills
Great telephone manner and positive attitude
Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
Knowledge of the local area helpful
Full UK Driving License essential.
