Description:

Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of their client for a Lettings Negotiator to join a vibrant city centre office, with a fast turnover of tenancy renewals.

Hours -  08.45 to 17.45 Monday to Thursday, 08.45 to 17.15 Friday. 
Saturday two on/two off (10.00 to 14.00). 
Once two Saturdays have been worked then a day off in lieu to be taken in the following fortnight. 

Full clean driving licence for a manual car is essential.  

Experience preferred but we would also consider someone with the right qualities (strong communication skills, good at negotiating, ability to multi-task, sound at objection handling, enjoys administration tasks and considers attention to detail very important). 

Duties:

Register applicants and match applicants to properties.
Arrange and attend viewings.
Supervision of an effective applicant database, ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective tenants.
Liaise and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
Communicate with landlords with regards to marketing feedback, viewings and hot prospects, put forward offers from applicants and agree terms with landlords.
Generate new and repeat business opportunities
Canvassing / leafleting to seek new business opportunities including targeting competitors.
Assist with market appraisals as and when required, moving to full competency without assistance.
Signing up tenants and working through the process.
Ensure all tenancies commence in line with legislation and Martin & Co guidelines.
Ensure full and complete details are obtained from all applicants for successful referencing and Landlord satisfaction.
Process completed application forms.
Progress tenancy deposits and record receipt of all monies.
Promote Financial Services in line with our Franchise agreement.
Improve Tenant and Landlord Rent Guarantee insurance agreements with Homelet.
Efficient diary planning
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with landlords and tenants.
Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and provide a first-class level of customer service at all times.
