Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in their search for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team.

The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy completion whilst maintaining excellent relationships with landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling landlord, tenant and applicant enquiries
* Arranging and conducting property viewings
* Matching applicants to suitable properties
* Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies
* Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships
* Managing tenancy renewals and tenancy progression
* Supporting property management activities where required
* Coordinating maintenance requests with contractors
* Conducting property inspections and check-ins/check-outs
* Ensuring all compliance and tenancy documentation is up to date
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience within Lettings, Estate Agency or Property Management
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive and professional approach
* Ability to work effectively within a busy environment
* Full UK Driving Licence

Working Hours
