LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR– Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Epsom KT19

Salary: OTE £40k+

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a highly professional independent local estate and lettings agent whose depth of knowledge and significant experience in the Epsom property market is unrivalled.

This is a job with a market leading local Letting Lettings agent!  We are looking for an individual who wants to raise the standards of property services for their clients and be recognized and rewarded both personally and as a part of a successful team.

We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, articulate and energetic candidate with a minimum of six months previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator (Residential Lettings) role will include:

Previous lettings experience preferred
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner
Well presented
Ambitious and Self-Motivated
Local knowledge of the Epsom area preferred

Full driving license and car owner
