Lettings Negotiator – Ashford, Kent – Basic Salary around £26,000 – Independent Agency
Our client is a well established office, with a great reputation for exceptional customer service. The role of a lettings negotiator is varied but will include the following responsibilities:
Tenant registration
Conducting viewings of properties
Inventories and check out reports
Setting up tenancies and renewals
Maintenance resolution
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
Providing market leading levels of service to tenants and landlords To be considered for this role you need to demonstrate the following skills and experience;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Ideally, experience in lettings, including knowledge of the relevant legislation and regulations
Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable car In return for this, your benefits will include;
