About the Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a successful and well-established estate agency in Braintree, Essex.

The Role
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll play an important role in the continued success of the lettings department.
Your responsibilities will include arranging and conducting property viewings, registering applicants, negotiating offers and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
You'll also be involved in generating new business, securing instructions and helping the branch achieve its targets while delivering excellent customer service.
About You
We're looking for someone who is confident, motivated and passionate about the property industry.
Ideally, you'll have:
* Previous residential lettings experience.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* A proactive approach to generating new business.
* Excellent customer service and organisational skills.
* A full UK driving licence.
