You'll be:
* Monitoring application registrations, viewings & receiving feedback.
* Developing daily business opportunities and liaise, to effectively and efficiently service and administer Landlords, Tenants and Customers.
* Assist in office organisation, reception, registration of applicants and matching them to the right properties
* Resolving queries from all parties, via email, phone or in person.
* Carrying out check-ins and check-outs
* Completing tenancy agreements, renewals and amendments.
What you'll need to succeed:
* You will be determined to meet and exceed company targets.
* You will be a strong communicator who is able to represent the brand professionally.
* You will have knowledge of market competition.
* ARLA Qualified- beneficial
* Full UK Drivers Licence
