The Role

As Lettings Manager, you'll take ownership of a busy and successful department while driving future growth. You'll be responsible for winning new business, supporting and developing your team, and ensuring every landlord and tenant receives a first-class experience.

You'll play a key role in the continued success of the business through your energy, professionalism and ability to build trusted relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out rental valuations and winning new instructions

• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients

• Driving business growth through exceptional customer service and proactive business development

• Managing, coaching and motivating an experienced lettings team

• Identifying new business opportunities through networking, marketing and canvassing

• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations

• Delivering outstanding service that creates loyal, long-term clients

• Promoting the business professionally within the local community

About You

You'll already have experience in residential lettings and be ready to take the next step in your career, or already be successfully managing a lettings team.

You'll also have:

• Previous residential lettings experience (essential)

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• A professional, confident and approachable manner

• A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for winning business

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of current lettings legislation

• A full UK driving licence

• Propertymark qualification would be advantageous, although not essential
