Lettings Executive – East London - £50k OTE – Car Allowance
A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Senior Lettings Executive at our Sales, Lettings, Commercial, and Property Management Agency. My client is a leading Letting & Management firm that provides traditional rental services and is one of London's top Rent Guarantee Service Providers. We procure various properties for Local and Central Government to meet emergency housing demands.
The ideal candidate will be highly driven, with a proven successful track record. They should be dynamic, organized, articulate, ambitious, and have excellent people skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market appraisals and generate business.
Secure new instructions and close deals.
Focus on generating repeat and new business.
Achieve and surpass personal KPIs.
Manage and improve online reviews.
Utilize innovation and new business services.
Promote sales, lettings, and property management services.
Maintain high service levels and uphold CRM data systems.
Skills Required:
Proven success in increasing market share.
Strong market share acquisition abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and communication capabilities.
Successful track record in winning new business.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in IT and regular social media use.
Full UK driving license.
Industry certifications (NAEA, NFOPP, ARLA) preferred but not required.
Highly motivated, ambitious, and dynamic.
Strong timekeeping and time management skills.
Job Details:
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8:45 am - 6:00 pm; Saturday, 9:45 am - 4:00 pm
5-day work week with one day off during the week
Salary: From £20,000/£25,000 per year; OTE £50,000
