Gillespie Recruitment are working with a well-established independent estate agency to recruit an experienced Lettings Consultant.

The Role

You will manage the full lettings process while supporting aspects of property management, ensuring smooth transactions and ongoing client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

* Managing applicant, tenant, and landlord enquiries in a phone-based environment

* Booking viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing tenancies

* Maintaining regular communication with landlords and applicants

* Supporting management of a mixed property portfolio

* Coordinating maintenance issues and contractor activity

* Monitoring rent payments and following up on arrears

* Conducting inspections and overseeing move-ins and move-outs

* Ensuring compliance documentation is accurate and up to date

About You

Requirements:

* Experience in lettings, property management, or estate agency

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively

* Confident telephone manner and attention to detail

* Full UK driving licence

* Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated

* Professional and customer-focused

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours
