Hiring a Lettings Consultant to work in Welwyn Garden City town centre!
Lettings Consultant Salary:
Between £23,000 - £25,000 per year plus commission
Company pension contributions
Shifts: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm and alternating Saturdays 9:00 - 4:00pm
Parking is provided
Lettings Consultant Details:
Carry out accompanied viewings
Generate viewings from portal leads
Property inspections
Liaise with landlords and tenants
Arranged agreed maintenance
Deal with end of tenancy dilapidations/checkouts
Arrange required property safety certificates
General admin duties
Qualify applicants pre referencing
Assist with marketing and new business
Lettings Consultant Requirements:
Must have own car insured for business use
Basic computer skills
Good customer service skills
Smart dress code
