An exciting opportunity for an ambitious LETTINGS CONSULTANT, to join a successful and growing team of estate agents in the W3 area.
A great opportunity for a LETTINGS CONSULTANT with a years experience in estate agency, looking to be part of an exciting brand with a winning team and enormous potential for development and future growth.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by way of market appraisals, whilst managing your individual performance against the departments targeted key performance indicators.
Our client has built their business predominantly through referrals and recommendations, with relationships founded on trust, transparency and absolute integrity, so these attributes would be key to your success in the business.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Sourcing new business through developing relationships with owners and landlords
Increasing market share and maximising new business opportunities
Applicant and viewing management, and negotiating offers
Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
Acting as ambassador and role model for your business Skills Required:
Energetic, enthusiastic, driven and hungry
KPI driven and motivated to exceed targets
Personable, friendly with ability to establish quick rapport with applicants
Articulate, confident and intelligent
