About The Role:
My client is looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their team based in Ferryhill, the role will be offered on a 3-month temporary contract, with a pathway to permanent for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will have experience within the Lettings and Property market and be confident with the full tenancy lifecycle, and working within a structured, tech-driven environment using CRM systems and Fixflo. This is a process-led role with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.
Duties:
* Manage records, calls, emails, and appointment bookings
* Coordinate viewings, inspections, and tenancy progression
* Act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords
* Support property marketing and monitor enquiries
* Ensure compliance with safety and lettings regulations
* Assist with maintenance coordination via Fixflo
* Support rent collection and payment arrangements
Salary:
* £25,000pa
* Yearly bonuses of up to £3000
Working Hours:
* 35hrs per week
* Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
* NO WEEKENDS OR EVENINGS
