Lettings Administrator, Edinburgh EH6
£13.00ph | Temporary | 4 months

We are seeking an organised and customer‑focused Lettings Administrator to support the day‑to‑day operations of a high‑quality residential development. Acting as a key point of contact for prospective and current residents, you’ll support the lettings process from enquiry to move‑in while delivering excellent service.

Key duties include:

Conducting apartment viewings and handling lettings enquiries
Converting enquiries into viewings and lettings
Processing applications, references, credit checks and deposits
Supporting move‑ins/outs, rent collection and record‑keeping
Maintaining data on Yardi (or similar systems)
Updating listings on Rightmove, Zoopla and other platforms
Assisting with marketing activity and market research
About you:

Minimum 1 year’s experience in lettings, leasing, property sales or a related sector eg BTR, PBSA
Strong customer service and sales skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using MS Office and property management systems
