Vacancy: Lettings Officer
The Role
As a Lettings Officer, you will be part of a team that is passionate about exceeding client expectations in integrated property management. You will also be required to drive exceptional results for our customers by delivering a seamless income and lettings management service.
Additionally, within this role, you:
• Will respond quickly to inquiries, requests, or problems raised by customers face-to-face, via email, letter, or telephone.
• Will offer tailored solutions for customers and the neighbourhoods in which they live.
• Will work alongside colleagues concerning empty homes and assist customers' housing requirements, managing housing registers.
• Will focus on continuous improvement, streamlining activities to deliver the best value at the lowest cost.
Our Successful Candidate
We are looking for you to display previous experience within Social Housing and have a detailed understanding of the Public Sector, preferably in Lettings. As a Lettings Officer you:
• Will have experience in delivering high-quality, customer-focused housing service.
• Will have good time management skills.
• Will have to demonstrate empathy in dealing with and resolving disputes of different levels.
• Will know relevant legislation and housing regulations.
