Experienced Lettings Consultant – Patchway, Bristol

Salary: £28,000–£35,000 + strong commission (OTE)

Hours: Monday–Friday 8:45am–6:00pm (occasional Saturdays with a weekday off)

A fast‑paced role for an Experienced Lettings Consultant who thrives on valuations, wins new business, and delivers standout service.

What You’ll Do

Register tenants and match them to suitable homes

Maintain accurate applicant records

Book and conduct valuations

Lead confident viewings

Negotiate lets between landlords and tenants

Work closely with the team to deliver exceptional service

Monitor the local market and spot opportunities

What You Bring

12+ months lettings experience (valuations ideal)

Strong negotiation skills

Quick thinking and adaptability

Excellent communication

Solid IT skills

Attention to detail

Confidence working independently and within a team

Full UK driving licence (pool car available; own car may be required)
