Set in the idyllic Scottish highlands, this 5* hotel has an on-site spa and leisure facility consisting of a heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, spa pool, and fully equipped air-conditioned gymnasium.
As the Leisure/Spa Receptionist, you will
* Manage the day to day bookings and reservations for the facilities
* Greet guests and ensure a high standard of service
* Work with the management to ensure cleanliness and smooth operation
As our ideal candidate, you will be
* Experienced as a Leisure/Spa Receptionist ideally within a 4/5* hotel environment
* Excellent at communication and adapt at building a rapport with colleagues and guests
* Professional and organised with a friendly approach and be able to anticipate guests needs
* Lifeguard trained/First Responder trained (essential
