LEGO Education Trainer
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic LEGO Education Trainer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or a newly qualified individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality LEGO Education (LE).
You will be based in the Midlands but required to travel to a variety of schools, colleges, universities and STEM organisations across the UK and Ireland to deliver on-site training.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A teaching qualification
* A strong passion for STEM education and a deep understanding of its importance
* Experience in delivering engaging and interactive training sessions to a variety of audiences
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Drive and energy that will inspire young people, particularly more girls to get engaged more with STEM
* The ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* A creative and innovative approach to using LE resources
* A flexible and adaptable work style, as you will be travelling across the UK and Ireland, with potential overnight stays

LEGO Education Delivery:
* Delivering on-site training to a variety of organisations who have invested in LE resources.
* Facilitating workshops ranging from 90minutes to full-day sessions, covering a wide range of topics and age groups
* Engagingly presenting LE solutions for both educators and students, including demonstrations for events and student support activities.
Event Management:
* Taking a leading role in planning, organising and overseeing LEGO Education based school events, with involvement in similar events across the UK.
Programme Creation:
* Collaborating with STEM organisations throughout the UK to develop outreach and community engagement programmes.
* Liaising directly with organisations to understand specific goals and desired outcomes.
* Training participants on the effective use of LE materials
* Delivering pilot workshops in schools and evaluating their impact on students
