Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor

Our client is a leading provider of Water Hygiene / Legionella management services across the UK. They are now looking to take on a City and Guilds / WMSoc qualified Legionella Risk Assessor to cover Commercial, Educational, Public Sector and Industrial sites. This role would suit someone who can hit the ground running, who is looking to join a successful company who can provide training into other environmental sectors. For the successful candidate, our client can offer excellent holiday allowance, company pension scheme and company vehicle.
Successful candidate will have good access to London / M25 and surrounding areas: Watford, Cheshunt, St Albans, Slough, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Luton, Hertford, Windsor, Bracknell, Reading, Enfield, Harlow, Romford, Ilford, Barking, Rainham , Grays, Erith, Dartford, Gravesend, Gillingham, Chatham.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment.
" Experience working on a mixed portfolio of sites.
" Will have a strong background working for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
" Able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Good IT skills.
" Able to work to strict deadlines.
The Role:
" Working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out legionella risk assessments on hot and cold-water systems.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with site specific schematic drawings.
" Producing detailed legionella reports based on site findings.
" Creating legionella management plans based on site findings and ensuring to discuss actions required with clients, ensuring they are implemented.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line relevant HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
