Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor.
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £36k + Training + Benefits

We are recruiting for a long-standing Water Hygiene / Legionella company who hold a national presence. They are now seeking to take on a Legionella Risk Assessor to cover sites across the West Midlands region. You will be working alongside a team of established risk assessors, carrying out assessments on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure, Local Authority and, Retail sites, ensuring to complete assessments and reports in line with agreed time frames. Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold an industry recognised qualification e.g., City and Guilds / WMSoc in legionella risk assessment.
" Will have extensive experience carrying out risk assessments on a varied site base for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
" Will have excellent knowledge of ACoP L8 / HSG 274 guidelines.
" Excellent IT skills.
" Must be able to communicate efficiently with clients and colleagues of all levels.

The Role:
" Working on a varied site base, carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on hot and cold-water systems.
" Using a tablet to produce detailed reports based on risk assessment findings.
" Carrying out work using detailed schematic drawings and producing drawing for clients.
" Producing legionella management plans for clients, ensuring that actions are implemented.
" Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Ensuring work is completed in line with agreed time frames.
" Professionally communicating with clients, providing excellent support and advice.
