Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £38k + Training + Benefits

Our client is an industry leading Water Hygiene / Legionella company in the South East of England who are now seeking to take on a Legionella Risk Assessor. You will be joining their longstanding team of risk assessors. You will be carrying out risk assessments across Industrial, Retail, and Commercial sites. Experience & Qualifications:
" Must hold an industry recognised qualification e.g., City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment.
" Will have extensive hands-on experience working as a risk assessor for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
" Able to demonstrate excellent practical knowledge of HSG 274 guidelines.
" Excellent IT skills.
" Able to communicate efficiently.
" Excellent time management skills.
The Role:
" Carrying out legionella risk assessments on hot and cold-water systems.
" Producing detailed legionella reports based on site findings.
" Providing clients with detailed legionella management plans based on risk assessment findings, ensuring they are implemented on client sites.
" Working in line with HSG 274 guidelines.
" Creating and working from detailed schematic drawings.
" Ensuring to maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
