A leading water compliance and consultancy company is looking to recruit an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established organisation delivering water safety and compliance services across healthcare, commercial, education and industrial sites.

Permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week)Duties
Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems.
Complete assessments in accordance with ACoP L8, HSG274 and HTM 04-01 guidance.
Produce detailed digital risk assessment reports and practical recommendations.
Conduct schematic verification and asset validation.
Identify system deficiencies including dead legs, dead ends, TMVs, infrequently used outlets, poor temperature control and water stagnation.
Carry out outlet temperature monitoring and photographic surveys where required.
Liaise professionally with clients, Responsible Persons and site representatives.
Provide technical advice regarding remedial actions and compliance.
Work closely with internal teams to support remedial quotations and project delivery.Essential Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments.
Recognised Legionella Risk Assessment qualification (City & Guilds, BOHS P901, WMSoc or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of ACoP L8, HSG274, HTM 04-01, Water Regulations and domestic hot and cold water systems.
Experience producing digital Legionella Risk Assessment reports.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Excellent communication, organisation and report-writing skills.
