Description:
A temporary position has arisen for a Legal Secretary to provide cover during August'24 and on a adhoc basis before hand to step in when necessary to cover leave.
Are you looking for some flexibility and part time hrs, this could be ideal for you!
Based in Wadebridge you will be supporting a small, friendly practice and ideally have knowledge of Conveyancing.
This role will entail:
- Preparing correspondence and legal documents from digital dictation
- Dealing with emails and telephone enquires
- Covering Reception and greeting clients
- Arranging appointments, keeping diaries up to date
- Filing, photocopying, post and other general office duties
Part Time hrs are available, 5 hrs a day Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times to suit.
£11.50 to £12.00 per hour + Holiday Pay
