Description:

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Legal Secretary to join our well-respected legal client on a permanent basis. This position will be based full time, Monday to Friday, in the York office.

Key duties to include:

* Completing diary management tasks.

* Liaising with key clients via email, telephone or in person.

* Utilising LEAP software and the land registry portal.

* Undertaking filing tasks and sorting through internal database.

* Providing general administrative support to fee earners.

The successful candidate will have:

* Previous legal secretary/administrative experience is vital.

* Experience working in a conveyancing department preferable but not essential.

* Accurate and fast typing speed.

* Excellent spelling and grammar.

* Able to undertake audio-dictation.

* Strong communication skills when dealing with clients.
