Description:
Our client in Doncaster requires a Legal Secretary to join their Conveyancing team playing a vital role in supporting their fee earners.
THE ROLE:
Document production including audio typing and preparing reports.
Using Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Picking up general day to day admin and PA duties including filing and email management.
Amending and formatting legal documentation.
Answering the phones, dealing with enquiries from clients, colleagues and third parties and effectively transferring the information.
Any other tasks delegated by the team.
Working hours are Monday - Friday (9:00am - 4:00pm) working full time from the office.

Conveyancing experience is essential.

Proficient user of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel).
