Description:

We are currently recruiting for Document Reviewers to work within a Law enforcement organisation based near Charring Cross. Hybrid model, hours 36hrs Monday - Friday. Start asap (pending vetting) for 6 months, with a possible extension. £14.50ph. This opportunity presents an ideal fit for law graduates aspiring to specialise in fraud and financial crime investigations.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake systematic review of documents to determine their relevance to offences under investigation
Contribute to the disclosure process in order to satisfy the obligations of the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996
Create and maintain spreadsheets of data
Conduct searches in the document review system and extract relevant documents
Proof read and edit transcripts of interviews
Attend team meetings and provide updates
Operate flexibly to assist colleagues and Senior Managers as and when requiredEssential Criteria

Ability to read long documents and understand complex and technical information
Ability to analyse, summarise and categorise documents, extracting key information
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
Ability to work in a team to strict deadlines Desirable Criteria

A degree obtained in England and Wales
Previous document review experience
Previous experience using an eDiscovery Review Platform
Knowledge of the Disclosure process, and the relevant legislation (CPIA 1996)
Criminal law experience and/or exposure to economic crime investigationsWhy work with Adecco:
