Are you looking for an opportunity to support a dynamic legal team? The Adecco Group is seeking a dedicated individual to assist our Legal Commercial Service teams and the wider group based in London (hybrid). This role involves a variety of administrative activities and offers the chance to contribute to providing first-class service within a leading global organisation.

Who We Are Looking For:

· A proven background within an administration capacity is essential

· Proven MS Office experience (Word/Excel) important

· Individuals with experience in the contract administration arena a bonus but not essential.

· Candidates who can communicate effectively at all levels and have excellent record-keeping skills are essential.

· Self-motivated individuals with a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines important.

Key Responsibilities:

· Facilitate contract signing and manage document conversions.

· Retrieve and file contracts efficiently for business and audits.

· Conduct comparisons to expedite contract reviews.

· Maintain and streamline filing systems for optimal organisation.

· Act as the main point of contact for legal/business inquiries related to contract reviews.

· Be an important member of calls with senior leaders whilst being able to feedback progress updates to the relevant members.

· Inbox management, tracker management and document management
