Based in the Chichester offices

Requirements of the role:
Experience in Legal/Legal Secretary, Cashier, Finance or Assistant roles.
An understanding of Financial Accounting and Bookkeeping principles and practices.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisation skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities of the role:
Processing all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and a sufficient audit trail.
Raising and issuing invoices, payments etc.
Monitoring ledgers and preparing financial reports.
Maintaining up-to-date records of payments, receipts, client balances and debt collection.
Answering financial queries in a professional and friendly manner.
Providing support to the Finance Manager.
