You must exhibit the capability to work autonomously and present comprehensive expertise within this sector.

What will be expected of you?
Client ledger reconciliations
File closures
Reviewing Client residual balances
E-filing and administration
Assist with day-to-day queries from F/E
WIP and disbursement write offs
Accurately process purchase invoice
Processing employee expenses
Processing and posting credit card expenses
Posting petty cash payments
Client and Office bank transaction posting and reconciliations
Client to Office transfers
Paying suppliers and refunding Client money
Processing deposit account interests
Taking payments via virtual card terminals
Basic knowledge of Excel
