Description
Process client and office account transactions accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile bank accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage daily banking tasks, including cheque and electronic payments.
Handle client ledger balances and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
Prepare and distribute financial reports as required by the finance team.
Support internal audits and ensure adherence to financial policies.
Assist with month-end and year-end processes for the accounting team.
Provide support with ad hoc financial tasks and queries.Profile
A successful Legal Cashier should have:
Similar experience in a Legal Cashier or Credit Control/Sales Ledger role
Experience in the legal industry is preferred
Positive attitude and wanting to contribute to a friendly working environment
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyJob Offer

Hybrid working (4 days on site 1 day at home after probation)
