The Vacancy:
Working as a Legal Assistant, you will provide the Property Team with administrative support. The position focusses on supporting the Plots Team with a variety of day-to-day tasks and offer you the opportunity for personal growth and further involvement.
This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive and confident Legal Assistant with strong administrative skills and high attention to detail. You will be working with a fun and collaborative team that values and supports each other
Key Responsibilities:
* Take conveyancing instructions.
* Provide an efficient and effective service to clients, keeping them updated and informed.
* Communicate clearly, politely, and calmly with clients, colleagues, and others.
* Prepare and assist with exchange and completion paperwork.
* Prepare and assist with the collation of contract packs.
* Liaise with and obtain updates from solicitors regarding transactions.
* Assist and support senior team members with work or tasks as required.
* Adhere to HR policies and procedures.
