Legal Assistant - Insolvency & Corporate Recovery
Location: Northampton
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: Option of 5 days or 4 days per week, with one day from home
We have an exciting opportunity for a Secretary to join our well established client in their Insolvency & Corporate Recovery team in Northampton. This friendly team is looking for someone with excellent secretarial skills to operate on a pool structure, working for the Insolvency & Corporate Recovery team. You will be supporting them with a range of tasks in a timely and efficient way.
Some of your duties will include
• Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails and other correspondence
• Audio typing and some file management
• Typing of documents and track amendments
• Scanning, paginating and photocopying
• File opening, ID checks and preparation of client care letters
• Providing general administration support to the team

• Prior secretarial experience within this area of law would be advantageous
