Legal Assistant - Private Client
Location: Balsall Common
Salary: £22,000+ DOE
Monday - Friday / office based & Full Time
Our client is looking for an experienced legal assistant with the private client area of law, to join their team in Balsall Common!
About you
It is essential that you have previous experience in a Private Client department, as our client is looking for someone who can “hit the ground running” from day one, although full training will be given on our internal systems and procedures.
Due to their head office location, it is preferable for candidates to hold a full UK Driving Licence and have their own transport.
Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of MS Word (track changes and formatting of large documents) and Outlook.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in the following areas of
Wills, tax, trusts and probate
Commercial (not essential, but preferred)
Main Duties
Audio typing and copy typing
Dealing with clients in person and via telephone
Taking messages
General office duties
Ensuring compliance with SRA guidelines
