They are looking for a Legal Administration Assistant to join the team on an initial 8 month contract with the potential to extend. Based at the London office the role is hybrid working being office based 3 days a week, 2 days working from home, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. This is the ideal role for graduates who are eager to gain experience working in Financial Services.

The position is within the Enterprise Data Governance Group which is a Shared Services Business function and is responsible for the delivery of governed, reliable, high quality enterprise data. They are undertaking a review of Client Documentation and account/ data set up in order to ensure the accuracy of data, establish a golden source record of client data and maintain good business practice and conduct. A second outcome of this initiative is the creation of a centralised repository to house these documents in order to meet enterprise needs.

The scope of work will involve administrative tasks and review/ analysis of legal documentation and agreements. The review is owned by the business units with engagement from legal team, all of whom are committed to providing assistance, training and subject matter expertise.

Daily tasks include but not limited to:

· Collating legal documents for clients.

· Recording data from agreements/ documents for contracting entities within our database.

· Verifying the correct set up of accounts in NT systems.

· Contributing to the design of our enterprise document taxonomy in order to achieve optimal AI based analysis and document analysis.

Required skills include the following:

· Previous exposure to contract documents.

· Highly motivated with a "can do" attitude.

· Good communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Analytical, self-starter.

· Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English and Microsoft Excel.

· Experience with Microsoft SharePoint preferred but not mandatory.

· A basic understanding of contract law.

· Strong academic record.
