The Role

As a Lecturer, you will:

Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching to learners aged 16+ and adult students.
Plan, prepare and assess lessons that inspire and challenge learners.
Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Create an inclusive, supportive and positive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with curriculum teams to achieve excellent learner outcomes.
Maintain accurate learner records in line with awarding body and college requirements.
We are looking for candidates who have:

Experience teaching within Further Education, Higher Education or industry training
A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training or equivalent), or willingness to work towards one.
Relevant industry qualifications and occupational experience within your specialist area.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A passion for developing learners' skills, confidence and employability.
