In this role you will be working towards becoming a qualified lecturer in Mechanical Engineering with full training being provided. You will be tasked with training apprentices up to levels 1-3 in this topic whilst delivering T-Level courses in Engineering. You will be tasked with delivering this course throughout a strong and consistent uptake of eager apprentices ready to learn.
The ideal candidate is someone who has significant skills and experience working in the Mechanical Engineering industry and will have the drive and confidence to be able to transfer their existing knowledge in this trade and in Pneumatics/Hydraulics to fresh apprentices. You will need to be a highly motivated individual looking to progress their career and develop their skills with the organisation long-term, any and all experience in mentoring and teaching positions is highly sought after.
This is an excellent opportunity for driven and motivated Carpentry professional to progress their way into a lecturing position through specialist training with the scope to progress their way up to course team lead positions.
