This leading training provider has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality technical education and developing skilled professionals for the electrical industry. With continued investment in its facilities, staff and curriculum, they are looking for an Electrical Installation Lecturer to join their growing Building Services department. Full training and support towards teaching qualifications is available for those with no previous teaching experience.

In this role, you will deliver both practical and classroom-based Electrical Installation lessons across a range of programmes. You will support learners throughout their studies by planning engaging lessons, assessing progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining a positive learning environment. You will also contribute to curriculum development, employer engagement, open events and the continuous improvement of the department.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and the AM2 qualification. Previous teaching experience is welcomed but not required, as full support and teacher training can be provided.

The Role:
* Deliver practical and theory-based Electrical Installation lessons to learners

* 37 hours per week, 24 hours teaching, 13 hours preparation
* Full-time, permanent position with full training and funded teaching qualifications available

The Person:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* 18th Edition + AM2 qualification
* Industry experience within Electrical Installation
* Passionate about developing learners and building a long-term career in education
