Join our construction team as a Lecturer in Carpentry and Joinery, where you’ll use your industry expertise to deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons, support student achievement, and help shape future careers in the construction sector. You’ll work with learners across a range of carpentry and joinery disciplines, assess and support their progress, contribute to curriculum development, and build strong links with employers and industry. If you have significant industry experience, a relevant Level 3 qualification, and a passion for developing others, we’d love to hear from you.

Salary: Up to £38,300 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus £3,000 Shortage Skills Allowance
